We have a 60 day total satisfaction guarantee, if you are not happy with your product with in 60 days you assured of a full refund on your purchase.
The following conditions apply to exchanges:
All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags, manuals and instructions still attached. Please take care when unpacking & repacking.
Exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection.
We do not give refunds on e-voucher purchases. We will not make refunds to a third party.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting.
Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited.
At First Line we take the time to test and ensure that all products are in excellent working order before sending them to you. However if you do receive a product with a manufacturing fault, we are happy to provide a product exchange including additional delivery costs or a full refund. Before you return the faulty product to us, enclose all packaging, tags, manuals and instructions. All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are in good working order.
Before you return the items, email or phone 1st Line on 1300 73 11 25 to let us know which item you are returning. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within two weeks. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
